FORMATTING 

Ads must be submitted in either a: 
 
*** 300 DPI CMYK TIF file *** 
 
OR 
 
*** 300 DPI JPEG file *** 
 
Also, be sure your ad is the proper measurement for the size you select:

5.5" x 4.25" for Full Page / Special Placement Ad
or
2.75" x 4.25" for Half Page
 
The booklets are very nice, multi-color, glossy, 5.5" x 4.25" pages.

The attendees carry this brochure around with them in their hand, purse, or pocket during the event.
The ads go all the way to the edge of the paper with no border. It looks like a regular magazine, just smaller.

The events workshop schedule & special announcements will also be printed inside to ensure full exposure.

They can be either portrait or landscape and people do them both ways each time.
It looks good either way. The cover will be done in landscape style.
